Aldo Lele is the Sustainability Manager at IKEA South East Europe (SEE), overseeing sustainability strategies across five markets: Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Ukraine. With nearly 20 years of experience at IKEA, Aldo has held a range of leadership roles in Portugal and Sweden, including Communication and Interior Design Manager, Project Manager, and Country Sustainability Leader. In his current role, he drives the integration of sustainability into business operations, community initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across the region. Aldo is dedicated to promoting sustainable living and encouraging meaningful actions that benefit both people and the planet. He believes that collaboration between co-workers, customers, and partners is key to creating a better everyday life within the planet’s limits.
