Mathieu Voisin is a specialist in transport system planning and the deployment of urban mobility policies. Since 2001, he has been managing and contributing to the development of transport network projects in France and around the world: his expertise covers structuring rail modes (metros, rail links) and surface modes (tram, bus, on-demand transport, active modes).
With initial training in urban project management, he works with supervisory authorities, organizing authorities and operators on the implementation of mobility policies as well as with local authorities and planning stakeholders on urban development issues.
Currently seconded to the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade, he supports the implementation of initiatives funded by French stakeholders to develop sustainable mobility solutions for the benefit of Serbian municipalities.
