Milan Janić

Milan Janic is an international creative director based in Paris for nearly 20 years, blending neuroscience, sustainability, and creativity to create communication that resonates. As Co-Founder of GOODBRA(i)ND, he leads a collective focused on crafting brain-friendly, eco-conscious messaging. Throughout his career, Milan has collaborated with global brands like L'Oréal, Nestlé, Vichy, Hilton, Radisson, Marriott, British Telecom, helping them connect with audiences in meaningful ways.


He has held key roles as a Creative Director at Publicis Health and Havas Life, leading significant campaigns for international healthcare brands. Milan is also the brain behind NEUROcsr, a pioneering study that explores how CSR messages tap into neurological mechanisms to inspire real behavioral change. The research has been published in the prestigious Sustainability Journal and The Journal of Consumer Behaviour. 


As a founding member of Futurons, he is passionate about foresight and futures literacy, empowering communities to envision bold futures and take action. As an expert with URBACT, Milan drives sustainable urban transformations, championing local, human-centered solutions for smarter, greener cities.
