Ms. Bojana Pejcic (Youth Office Project Manager, City of Nis) has been working with young people for over a decade, or maybe even more!? But when and where do we draw the line between our own adolescence and adulthood!? She has been trying to resolve the youth issues both as a civil servant, working in the City of Niš Administration, and as an NGO activist. She was involved in creating and implementing local youth strategies, local development projects, HR management projects, youth programs and projects, which provided her with the opportunity to always advocate for the young. She was a mentor to more than 50 young people and spent countless hours providing training, advice and support to the youth who wanted to get involved in the local community and make their mark. Usually, what we do does not define who we are, except in her case. She is truly a youth ambassador.
