Dimitrije Tadić was born in 1973 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 1999, and interdisciplinary master's studies - cultural policy and management, University of Arts in Belgrade and Lumière University in Lyon, France, graduated in 2011. He enrolled in doctoral studies in 2019 at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade, at the Department of Art History, in the field of museology and heritology.
Since 2001, he has been working in the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia as an advisor for visual arts and multimedia in the Department for Contemporary Creativity and Creative Industries. Since 2014, he has been the head of the Creative Europe Serbia Office, the office that implements the EU's main program for culture at the national level. He is the author and participant of numerous projects in the field of cultural policy, management and artistic production at national and European level.
He is the author and editor of several publications.
