Vladimir Jovanović is the head of the department for the development and improvement of the tourist product in the Tourist Organization of Niš. The historian, a tourist worker who has been working on the development of tourism in the city of Nis for 15 years, as a former director of this organization, participated in various projects for writing a strategy for the development, promotion and branding of the city as a destination. A lover of photography and history, he is one of the members of the team for choosing the coat of arms of the Municipality of Mediana, and an active collaborator on several documentary video series about the city of Nis.
