Olivera Kostić is Project Manager of the EU PRO Programme - the EU financed, UNOPS implemented development initiative contributing to creation of a business environment conducive to new investments, increased competitiveness of enterprises and enhanced social inclusion in the underdeveloped regions of Serbia. A project management professional, Olivera has been working in the development context in Serbia since 2001. Committed to helping people build better lives, she is active in promoting social awareness and good governance concepts through complex projects designed around the needs of people. Olivera joined UNOPS in 2013 where she actively combines the values and principles of the United Nations with the innovation and efficiency of a self-financed institution in delivering sustainable development projects. Niš native, Olivera earned an advanced degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Niš.
