Mario Čelan is the director of the Development Agency Simora LTD and Regional Coordinator of the Sisak-Moslavina County in Croatia. Beside organizational, communication and management skills, he has huge experience in writing, preparing and implementing EU projects and drafting strategic documents. Mario is working in all branches of the economy such as business consulting, entrepreneurship, education, culture, sports, energy, natural heritage, health care, spatial planning ... He is a graduate engineer of mechanical engineering in agronomy and a certified project manager (IPMA level C). In addition, he has received numerous awards and recognitions such as the “Innovation Ecosystem Promotion Award” (SMART EIZ), “Zlatna Kuna” for best innovation and “National winner promoting the enterprenurial spirit” for several projects.
